1. Custom Development Milestones
Milestone-based custom software or website development projects are billed sequentially. Once a specific milestone (e.g. Design Wireframes, Beta API setup) has been reviewed, coded, and delivered to the client, payments associated with that milestone are non-refundable.
2. Maintenance & AMC Contracts
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) can be terminated with a 30-day notice period. Unused months inside a pre-paid billing year are refunded pro-rata.
